One week, one goal
On Monday we decide the most important thing of the week. Just one. Everything else stays out. Five people can only do so much and that is fine.
Every day
Deep work, no meetings
No daily stand-ups. Conversation happens in writing, stays on record and does not interrupt anyone. If something is truly urgent, there is a bell.
Friday
Open demo to the community
Every Friday at 18:00 we show the week's work in an open Telegram call. If you miss it, there is a recording. No slides.
